Price

The price shown is the total of your stay: the nightly rate, 10 € per extra guest (from the second guest) per night, and 10 € cleaning per stay. VAT exempt tourist accommodation.

Payment

When you book, we save your card with Stripe (we never see your card details) and we charge the total 3 days before arrival, at 12:00 (Madrid time). If you book less than 3 days before arrival, you pay when booking. If the charge fails, we email you a payment link: if it is not paid within 24 hours, the booking is cancelled.

Free cancellation

You can cancel for free until 16:00 (Madrid time) on the day before arrival, with the link in your confirmation email. If we have already charged you, we refund the full amount (it may take 5-10 days to show). After that time there is no refund.

Your stay

Check-in from 16:00 and check-out before 12:00. The maximum number of guests is the one booked. House rules are on each apartment page. We will ask for the details required by Spanish law for guest registration before arrival.

Your data

We use your details only to manage your booking (Stripe for payments, our booking system and email). See the privacy policy.
