Rules

  • Respect for the neighborhood: Keep noise levels low, especially during rest hours (from 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM). Respect the neighbors' peace and avoid behaviors that may disturb their tranquility. Especially keep the volume low when using the terrace or common areas of the building.
  • Responsible use of facilities: Use the apartment's appliances and equipment responsibly and according to their intended use. Make sure to turn off lights, air conditioning, and other devices when leaving to conserve energy.
  • No smoking: The apartment is a smoke-free space. Please respect this rule and smoke only in designated outdoor areas, such as the terrace or balcony.
  • Maintaining order and cleanliness: Keep the apartment clean and tidy during your stay. Dispose of garbage in the appropriate containers. Do not throw objects like kitchen paper, napkins, wet wipes, sanitary pads, tampons, etc., in the toilet. Only toilet paper should be flushed; otherwise, it may clog and require a plumber's assistance.
  • Additional guests: Any additional visitors must be communicated and approved in advance. Please note the maximum number of people allowed in the apartment, which is 6 guests.
  • Check-out: Make sure to check out before 12:00 PM. When leaving the apartment, remember to check that you do not leave any personal belongings, leave the keys on the entrance table, and report any damage or incidents that occurred during your stay.
